Our Approach to Refunds

At Fluxon Wavespot, we're confident in the quality of our machine learning education. But we also recognize that sometimes a course might not align with what you expected or what you need right now.

This policy explains when refunds are available, how the process works, and what you can expect along the way. We've tried to keep things straightforward because nobody likes wading through confusing legal language when they just need a clear answer.

Please read through these details before enrolling. If something isn't clear, reach out to our team. We'd rather clarify things upfront than have misunderstandings later.

Standard Refund Window

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you've accessed less than 20% of the course content.

This window gives you enough time to explore the first modules and decide if the teaching style and content depth match what you're looking for.

Technical Issues

If technical problems prevent you from accessing course materials, and our team can't resolve them within 72 hours, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of when you enrolled.

This doesn't include issues on your end like internet connectivity or incompatible devices that don't meet our stated requirements.

Course Cancellations

Sometimes we need to cancel a scheduled cohort or live session due to low enrollment or instructor availability. If this happens before the course starts, you'll receive a full refund automatically.

You can also choose to transfer your enrollment to the next available session instead of taking a refund.

Partial Refunds

After the 14-day window but before completing 50% of the course, you may request a partial refund based on content accessed.

We calculate this proportionally. If you've completed 30% of materials, you'd be eligible for approximately 70% of your payment back, minus a small administrative fee.

How the Refund Process Works

Submit Your Request

Email help@fluxon-wavespot.com with your order number, enrollment details, and reason for the refund request. The more specific you are about why the course didn't meet your needs, the better we can improve our offerings. Though detailed feedback isn't required for processing.

Request Review

Our team reviews your request within 2 business days. We'll check your enrollment date, content access percentage, and verify the request meets policy requirements. You'll receive an email confirming receipt and expected processing timeline.

Approval and Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The funds return to your original payment method. For bank transfers, this might take an additional 3-5 days depending on your financial institution.

Access Removal

Your course access will be removed once the refund is processed. Any downloaded materials should be deleted as they remain our intellectual property. Certificates earned before refund requests are voided and cannot be used for professional credentials.

Common Refund Scenarios

Changed Your Mind

You enrolled but realized the course level doesn't match your current skills. Within 14 days and minimal content access, you're eligible for a full refund. We'd also suggest looking at our other courses that might be a better fit.

Life Got Busy

Personal circumstances changed and you can't commit the time needed. If you're within 60 days and haven't completed half the course, a partial refund is available. We calculate based on what you've actually accessed.

Medical Emergency

Health issues or family emergencies may prevent course completion. With documentation, we offer flexible options including extended access, transfer to future cohorts, or partial refunds regardless of typical timeline restrictions.

Employment Changes

Lost your job or changed careers? We understand financial pressures change priorities. Contact us directly to discuss options. While standard policies apply, we work with students facing genuine hardship to find reasonable solutions.

Course Content Issues

If course materials significantly differ from what was described in the syllabus, or if quality doesn't meet reasonable educational standards, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of access percentage or enrollment date.

Duplicate Purchase

Accidentally enrolled twice or purchased the wrong course? Contact us immediately. We'll process a full refund for duplicate transactions once we verify the error, usually within 24-48 hours of notification.

Important Conditions and Exceptions

  • Promotional and discounted enrollments follow the same refund policy as full-price courses
  • Bundle purchases are refunded proportionally based on individual course prices and access
  • Corporate group enrollments have separate agreements with different refund terms
  • Payment plan enrollments must have all installments current to process refunds
  • Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser using the original payment method
  • Course access ends immediately upon refund processing completion
  • Certificates and credentials earned are voided if courses are refunded
  • Refund requests after 60 days of enrollment are not typically approved
  • Completing more than 50% of course content makes you ineligible for refunds
  • Disputes must be raised within 90 days of purchase for consideration
